How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery is available within Kumasi for orders confirmed before 2pm. Elsewhere in Ghana, delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on the destination.
How is the shipping fee calculated?
We use a simple flat-rate system based on destination: GH₵20 within Kumasi and GH₵50 anywhere else in Ghana. The fee is added automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Can I track my package?
Yes! Every order gets a unique order number (for example MG-20260424-0042). Use the tracker above or visit your Orders page to see live status updates from pickup to delivery.
Is my package insured?
Standard orders are covered against loss and damage while in our care. For higher-value shipments, our support team can arrange additional coverage on request.
What if my package is damaged or missing?
Report the issue to our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos if possible. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
What are your pickup and delivery hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. Sunday deliveries are available on request for urgent orders — contact support to arrange.
