How do I place an order?
  1. Browse products on Explore or search from the top bar.
  2. Open a product and click Chat Supplier to ask questions or negotiate bulk pricing.
  3. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your delivery address and pay securely via Paystack.
  5. Track your order from the Orders page using your order number.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Paystack for secure checkout — supporting Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), debit and credit cards, and direct bank transfer for verified business accounts.
How much is shipping?
We use Made in Ghana Express as our courier partner. Flat rate: GH₵20 within Kumasi and GH₵50 anywhere else in Ghana. Shipping is added automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is set by each supplier — many listings allow single units, while some bulk suppliers have minimums. Contact the supplier directly via Chat to negotiate.
How can I track my order?
Every order has a unique number like MG-20260424-0042. Visit your Orders page or the Logistics page and enter the number to see the live delivery status.
What if my order is damaged or doesn't arrive?
Report any issue within 24 hours of delivery via the Contact page. We'll coordinate with the seller and courier to arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I list my products?
Sign up as a seller, then go to Sell a Product. Upload up to 5 photos, set price and stock, pick a category, and write a description. Your listing goes live immediately.
How do I get verified?
Contact our team via Support with your business registration details (TIN, business name, address) and we'll verify your account. Verified sellers get a green check badge and rank higher in Top Suppliers.
Are there listing fees?
No listing fees. You only pay a small commission on successful orders. Contact support for the current rate.
How do I respond to buyer inquiries?
Buyer messages show up in your Messages inbox, grouped by product. Respond quickly — sellers who reply within an hour get more orders.
How do I manage my inventory?
From the Seller Dashboard you can edit product prices, update stock, toggle flash sales, or remove listings. Keep stock levels accurate — out-of-stock items are hidden from buyers automatically.
How does payout work?
Payments are collected via Paystack at checkout. Funds are released to your registered business account after the buyer confirms delivery or the dispute window closes. Contact support for payout settings.
